Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.
though because I just lay there and let it pass. The more apprehensive I get about it the worse it is so I just stay calm and
it usually doesn't last too long. Ovulating is the worst time for me.
That's when I get 98% of my symptoms. If my heart starts racing
when I wake up during the night I have to pace for about 1 1/2 hrs.
It actually slows the heart rate down instead of just sitting there.
That's probably when I get the most work done because I have
all this nervous energy and have to keep moving anyway so as I
pass stuff laying around that shouldn't be I pick it up and take it
to where it goes. lol
You'll be ok. Glad to hear your cutting that pill up.
