I went thru the whole day yesterday headache free now I am at work and my neck is really huring. This is usually how my headaches start. I'm trying to use that mind's eye to picture a muscle bound, georgous, tall, dark eyed man massaging me in hopes to stop it before it starts but afraid I'm losing the battle. HELP!!!!

I empathize with ya! What's with these nagging headaches that just don't want to move on? Like I said, my minds eye is either blind or has Alzheimer's. My libido is soooo in the toilet anyway, I'd probably prefer to mind's eye a hot fudge sundae. So, putting the Playgirl's aside, I think I'll test my recall by ogling my Betty Crocker cookbook. Maybe a pic of a German Chocolate cake would trigger something.......

Has you tried evening primrose for the headache, or tiger balm, it stinks ( the balm) but quite often that worked for me...
Other than that a good few Panadol, or as a last resort a severed neck...ya head wont hurt anymore, I guarantee it..lol

I'm sorry you are having a headache -- seems like it is a rough time for you right now. I get the same thing. My neck and upper shoulder start hurting and then the headache hits.

I actually have not had a headache in a few days. I can't believe it!
I do have terrible endo pain right now.

Man, same thing happens to me! Put ice on it, anything cold . Massage it. If you have a man that cares (like any of them do :-( ) get him to put a small towel under the bone part of the bottom of your skull and pull up (hard to describe). The chiropractor does this to me. Sure wish my mand would. :-(

My neck is paralyzed right now- the chiropractor is really worried. My car broke down the other day. They put me in the loonie ward at the hospital. It was barbaric. In Canada.. only one dr..-- he is being investigagede... I have astham and I paid more to have phone in medications.... that was last Thurs..... thank God the pharmacist gave me one in the meantime. 60% of the population in the city I live in, London, Ontario have no dr. I was denied my right to vote The psychiatrist said, `NO VOTE!!! I SPEAK 6 languages... you shut up I am talking!!!!!! Stay turned for One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest Part 2``
