OTC Progesterone cream??

I am using Estrace cream, just 1 gram, once a week, vaginally. I need to ask my Dr if I should also be taking Pregesterone, but she never mentioned it, when she wrote the prescription...
I saw an over-the-counter Progesterone cream at the store, wondering if I should use???

Hi ! What are your symptoms that your dealing with? I use progesterone cream. I could not survive without it.

Hi Katie Red, is your Progesterone cream over the counter, or prescribed?? My symptoms began with hot-flashes when I was 45 yrs, and I'm now 51 yrs old, and they are still rly bad: they cause my heart to flutter, a head-ache to occur, and sweat breaks out, even in-between my fingers, during the 'bad" flashes!
I also lost my sex-drive, and my orgasms are so tiny now, not at all satisfying. And meanwhile, everything "down there" got dry, and atrophied, which is what I am using the Estrace Vag cream for.
Then it got worse; I have to pee all the time, and now almost peeing in my pants, unless I use the Estrogen cream, whichis very effective strengthening the bladder, etc.
