Now I have high blood pressure, I hate the meds and I think they make my heart pound even more, :(
I get very irritated and sometimes just want to quit. Then I'll have a good day. I think the worse about all this is my libido... its nonexistent ... where the heck did it go? And the pain during, Oh my ... what in the world happened. Well I know, but like overnight it happened.
I have tried HRT, the bio-identical cream you rub on wrists, its ok works a bit.
I tried soy, why you ask, well ever since I've gotten into menopause I cannot touch dairy, I get a bloated feeling that no words could describe. Now more and more foods are bothering me, and the headaches have gotten severe. WHEN WILL IT STOP, it been 4 years for me :(
