Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.

I have anxiety, depression & PTSD., Fibromyalgia & CRPS in my right foot and leg.
I have sleep issues as well. Whether it's from the perimenopause or the Fibro or both, I would love a good night's sleep!
The hormone fluctuations do make all of these conditions worse, for sure.
I take Pristiq, Gabapentin & I take one medical marijuana edible at night. It really helps the pain & spasms from the CRPS & puts me to sleep & helps me stay asleep for at least 5 to 6 hours.
You just have to try things & find what works for you.
Hope you are doing well.
