Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.
what I ended up doing, is getting NATURAL progesterone (definitely not synthetic....big difference ) and not estrogen as I had enough already in my body. natural progesterone will calm you down.....so if anything, I'd say use that.........do deep breathing......join a group for fun try not to worry too much. you will be ok.
It's true for me - Uggggh! I stopped menustrating 6 years ago & recently began having symtoms like crashing fatigue that have interrupted my life. I have a low tolerance for drugs, so I've been looking & asking for advice on alternatives. At this time I have not received a reply on my post about crashing fatigue, so either no one has any advice or has found anything helpful - I don't know.
It's your decision if you want to use progesterone or estrogen or anything else when menopause interferes with your life as it has mine.
I'm drowning in the Pause - Arrrgh!
