I'm do sorry that you are going thru this so young. I am 49 & a week ago starting having bad symptoms. I can't imagine what you are going thru. I have been reading about Peruvian Maca. I have mentioned itbin other replies I have made. It is supposed to balance your hormones naturally. Read up on it. Maybe it will help you. I haven't tried it yet but I am seriously thinking about it. Hugs.

Hi Nikola I am 23 and going through the same can't have kids only with ivf, I started menopause about 3 years ago due to having Hodkins lymphoma just wondering if you don't mind me asking what set you off in menopause and have you been experiencing spotting in the menopause? Nikola, do you know the reason why you are menopausal? Keep in mind that there might be things that can help you get pregnant, but you also need to remain pregnant for nine months. In my case, I had three different factors that led to me not having children.
First I had a small but catastrophically placed fibroid tumor that made placental attachment extremely difficult and then highly dangerous if it managed to take hold. Second, I was ovulating on Day 19 instead of 14. Third I found out that I had a Fragile X mutation (which was causing the second reason and may have contributed to the first) which meant that even if I did get pregnant there was a very high possibility of having a disabled child. We immediately decided to stop trying to get pregnant and adopted instead and we are very, very happy. (That was when I was 30. I had a partial hysterectomy due to the fibroid at 32, got my daughter at 38, and went through ovarian failure (pre-mature menopause) at 40.)
Still, having an adopted child never fully takes away the sense of loss one can have due to infertility. There years while we waited for our adoption referral were brutal for me. If it is for you, consider talking to a therapist. Ultimately, there may be ways for you to get pregnant -- just make sure that it is safe for you to do so.
