Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.
That's my middle name too I've read books about all us women be estrogen dominant. If you read the symptoms of to much estrogen and low estrogen there both the same! I am starting to think it's all a bunch of crap!
When my doctor came into the room to read me the results of my hormone panel she first said I have no estrogen and then changed it later to, oh you have low estrogen I wanted to say well which is it, low or no estrogen but I didn't I just left there more confused then when i got there.
I am beginning to think the worst of doctors and I don't think that's a good thing.
Peace and love to you too.

Yes, it sounds so familiar! I don't go to many places anymore and we are moving so my husband is already preparing to get my bed over to the new house first thing so I can go lay down after I take my Xanax. He now knows I have to do this to even function. I have to really be feeling somewhat normal to go anywhere and I think we both know how fleeting that feeling is!!
We will get through this like you said it's just such a mess in the meantime!!
Peace and love to you! I hope your weekend is a good one!
