HI LADIES, I JUST WENT TO MY GYN ON THE 6TH AND INFORMED HIM ON HOW I FEEL WITH THIS PERIMENOPAUSE. HE ASSURED ME THAT I WASN'T CRAZY, AS WE KNOW SOMETIMES WE FEEL LIKE WE ARE, BUT HE PERSCRIBED VALIUM FOR MY ANXIOUS DAYS. I HAVE NEVER TRIED IT AND WONDERING IF IT REALLY HELPS. I DO KNOW THAT IT IS HIGHLY ADDICTIVE SO I HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WHEN I DO DECIDE TO USE IT. HE GAVE ME 5 MG, I THINK I'LL CUT IN HALF FIRST TIME. ANY ADVISE?? THANK YOU LADIES
