Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.
Today I was washing out the outdoor trash containers so I locked the puppy in the room with the doggy door.( otherwise she will be a wet curly poodle mess ). I went to let her out... looked around at all the leaves & stuff she tracks in.. vacuumed that all up.. went outside to put away the hose.... hubby had already done it.. yea! sometimes my scattered ways pay off!
I am pretty new to this site and when I seen your post I just had to read. That is so familiar. I started cleaning my house Saturday morning and was going to clean the entire house by late Saturday evening I had not finished the first room I started with. I just can't seem to get it all together anymore to clean up the house. I found myself doing at least 5 projects at one time and never got any of them completed.
And brain fog, I just wonder if after menopause you ever come out of it. Ha!

My intentions are always good, but my house keeping is always a partially done project as I do tend to get very distracted these days.
Now, if I forget to shave my legs, I can blame it on hormones! : )
