Menopause Support Group
Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advancing age. It normally occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55, when the body begins to slow and stop the production of eggs, estrogen and progesterone production decreases, and menstruation diminishes, eventually stopping altogether.
Seems I can't get warm for a while after that.
During the day it only happens on occassion.
Not sure what to tell you. Is it possible to get cold flashes instead of hot? lol If it is, I'll be the one to get it too. I've always been the opposite of what is supposed to be.
Hope you get it figured out. Take Care.........

When everyone else in my house is freezing, I'm sweating buckets. When they are hot, I'm running around screaming I'm cold.
I would love to be cold at night, but that's usually when I'm sweating. I sleep with a ceiling fan on year round and the window open in the winter.
We had a few inches of the snow on the ground recently, with temperatures in the low teens. I had the window open, fan going, heat turned down to the 50's in the house and I was SWEATING!!
Just crazy, I tell ya. Crazy.
