i have had fatigue ever since, and one weird fainting spell that ended up back in the emergency room. The only way I have been able to work a sedentary job (thank God) is by use of Tramadol 50 mg, twice a day. however, part of this is because of back pain which contributes to my daily fatigue. I have not had to resume the acyclovir. Hope this helps. I hope your recovery is without further complications!
