Meniere's disease is a balance disorder of the inner ear. The symptoms of Meniere's are variable; not all sufferers experience the same symptoms. However, "classic Meniere's" is considered to comprise the following four symptoms: Periodic episodes of rotary vertigo, hearing loss, tinnitus, and a sensation of fullness or pressure in one or both ears.
Well I too had a short vacation, I went a whole week feeling good. Then yesterday I went back to feeling lousy. We have had a couple of rain storms going through our town. So it got me to thinking does the weather affect us like this? Do any of you have that problem as well? When its humid or raining do you feel more dizzy?
I do find that the weather does determine how I feel. In the past 2 weeks in Sydney Australia we have had so many rainy days and I have felt light headed, my balance is also worse as well. I have had these types of days for years and it is so ironic that everytime the weather is bad it effects my health.
I have spoken to a few ENT Specialists about this and they have laughed at me and said that it is impossible but I beg to differ.
This was also a topic at our last Meniere's Meeting that we held in May and the 90 people that attended the meeting most of them also felt off on a cloudy or rainy days.

These can even cause headaches and migraines in "normal" people.
The inner ear regulates air pressure, so MD people have even more problems in Low Pressure (BAD) weather.
It can trigger ANY Meniere's symptom, and cause a cascade effect.
