However, "classic Meniere's" is considered to comprise the following four symptoms: Periodic episodes of rotary vertigo, hearing loss, tinnitus, and a sensation of fullness or pressure in one or both ears.

Just wonder! Is a low dose daily aspirin making a tinnitus worst?

So, you end up with the question... Do I take the low dose aspirin for heart concerns, or do I stay away from it for tinnitus concerns. Right now, I 'm taking the low dose....

unfortunately! i decided to take a low dose for a heart so i can continuing fight MD and learn to live with tinnitus but thinking about Upper Cervical care beginning next year.

I stopped taking my low dose aspirin for one month and the T did not stop. SO I am back on the low dose aspirin and ..... the T goes on...

I have stayed away from all medicines that are related to aspirins because they mess with my tinnitus supplements that I am taking. You have to be committed to a tinnitus treatment if you want something to work. It helps me sleep at night when my tinnitus is at its worst. This has cut my tinnitus in half since three months ago when I started this supplement.

Another thing I wanted to talk about was finding a white noise generator. Noise cancellation is something that everyone who ringing in ears should have at their home. Regardless if you believe a supplement would work for you. YOU need a safe haven from the tinnitus. Much like the shower for me. The shower always provides a nice "Hissing" sound that blends the tinnitus and gives me relief. My night have been the same ever since I have this machine a try. I was diagnosed with MD last fall but only had hearing loss and ear fullness. I had my knee replaced May 22 and was put on coated aspirin be cause of risk of blood clot. Within two weeks I developed tinnitus! My ENT said it was the aspirin and when I go off of it the tinnitus will clear up. I have been off aspirin for 6 weeks and 2 weeks ago went off pain meds like Advil. I still have tinnitus. I went on a low salt diet and diazyde and it helped the ear fullness a lot! Tinnitus is always there to some degree. I do have a hearing aid with a masker and that really helps if the tinnitus isn't too loud. I am looking for an ENT that has a specialty in MD. I am in Nashville, TN. Any recommendations? I am glad I found this group!
