Meniere's Disease Support Group
Meniere's disease is a balance disorder of the inner ear. The symptoms of Meniere's are variable; not all sufferers experience the same symptoms. However, "classic Meniere's" is considered to comprise the following four symptoms: Periodic episodes of rotary vertigo, hearing loss, tinnitus, and a sensation of fullness or pressure in one or both ears.
I looked it up and printed it off. I would love to see what food/drugs were ingested on the same chart... But it is a good place to start.
As for the chart you mentioned, I would add "tinnitus, balance, and (head) pressure to the list of symptoms. As was said, it's a good start though.
That having been said, I would add that we must try to think of other things to keep our minds occupied and off the MD. An absorbing novel, a lifelong project, write a book, do some puzzle solving, are some suggestions. Think of your own, to redirect your brain waves.
