Meniere's Disease Support Group
Meniere's disease is a balance disorder of the inner ear. The symptoms of Meniere's are variable; not all sufferers experience the same symptoms. However, "classic Meniere's" is considered to comprise the following four symptoms: Periodic episodes of rotary vertigo, hearing loss, tinnitus, and a sensation of fullness or pressure in one or both ears.
Depending one your doctor and how long you have had this condition, you maybe nearing the end of the non surgical options. Keep in mind you are just asking an opinion and I am not a treating physician. Ask your doctor what is up next if this doesn't work. It took about a year and a half to go through most of the drug treatments before we got into injections. In the world of injections there are a couple of different kinds used, gentamicin is often more effective but has consequences such as possible hearing loss.
