I may have red meat once a week, and seafood twice a month, and
I have been able to remain stable. I have mentioned this before in a
post that I do much better totally removing the food that cause inflammation. I quit all meds. and thanks to my chiropractor who put me on a anti-inflammation diet I have not had a major vertigo attack for almost 1 1/2 years. Which has made my life much more bearable, I can at least go out and semi function.
Being in the food business for almost 30 years I can tell you quite a bit about the food side of the problem. I have not heard where beef should be restricted but could understand if you consider any beef product packaged probably has some degree of injection (salt and water) this is just a cheap way to add profit and add flavor to food. Ground beef maynot have it added but preformed and packaged hamburgers sure do! Bulk beef and roast dont have it but precut frozen steaks and all assorted lunch meat (or roastbeef) dose. The important thing is that one has to decide for themselfs what works and what dose not work for them as many have voiced. Beef dose take longer to digest in the system than other proteans I do not know if that makes a difference.
God Bless!
