Meniere's Disease Support Group
Meniere's disease is a balance disorder of the inner ear. The symptoms of Meniere's are variable; not all sufferers experience the same symptoms. However, "classic Meniere's" is considered to comprise the following four symptoms: Periodic episodes of rotary vertigo, hearing loss, tinnitus, and a sensation of fullness or pressure in one or both ears.
I did find that at the end of the steroid taper I experienced three and a half days of vertigo. So I don't think I'll be doing steroids again.
I started taking lemon bioflavinoids which is the first supplement in a list from a sight know as John of Ohio's regime.
I am not ready to have surgery that may not be successful or lose all my hearing in the process.
I have a bad head cold now, i just hope it doesn't trigger any MD symptoms.
