Meniere's Disease Support Group
Meniere's disease is a balance disorder of the inner ear. The symptoms of Meniere's are variable; not all sufferers experience the same symptoms. However, "classic Meniere's" is considered to comprise the following four symptoms: Periodic episodes of rotary vertigo, hearing loss, tinnitus, and a sensation of fullness or pressure in one or both ears.
I often bake chicken breasts with no sugar apricot preserves and balsamic vinegar (2-1 mix) and I have that in the fridge, if I'm looking for something a little more substantial. It's great by itself or with some vegies.
Good luck, I hope this helps!
Have a blast," its not a surrender, its an adventure!" You never know, there maybe some bright eyed blueberry just waiting for you! Go to the local farmer market, get out, have fun!!!!
Blessings!

PS, I don't have diabetes but I only eat dietetic cookies. Why? Because they taste so bad who would want but a couple anyways. The good part is it got me off the sugar. I also want to mention to buy proportioned stuff, a 100 cal snack cant hurt you and you are highly unlikely to eat a bunch of it because you know they are expensive! I am happy they are!
