Meniere's disease is a balance disorder of the inner ear. The symptoms of Meniere's are variable; not all sufferers experience the same symptoms. However, "classic Meniere's" is considered to comprise the following four symptoms: Periodic episodes of rotary vertigo, hearing loss, tinnitus, and a sensation of fullness or pressure in one or both ears.

I don't know if anyone has shared with you that you can keep track of all the food/drinks you eat on myfitnesspal.com for free. You can instantly see your sodium, sugar, potassium intake... Be careful though. You can't always trust the info some people put in for sodium. They write in the calorie amount and put 0mg for sodium.
While keeping a journal you might also include the weather.... storms, heat, barometric pressure, wind...
I learned the most about my own reactions by keeping a detailed journal for a couple of years. It helped me define my cooking/eating too. I looked up every food item on the USDA website: http://www.ars.usda.gov/SP2UserFiles/Place/12354500/Data/hg72/hg72_2002.pdf Time consuming, but it sure helped me.
