Hi, I am at wits ends. I was diagnosed with Meniere's several years ago. I never had the room go around but felt like I was on a boat. About a year later I was diagnosed with a form of muscular dystrophy. I alwyas seems to feel slightly lightkhedness, unstable, and tired. I also feel a tight feeling in my head My ENT tells me my symptoms are due to the Meniere's but my rhumatologist tells me they could also be caused from the MD I never feel great and honestly if I could spend my entire day in bed I would love that. I am working about 4 days a week, leave the house at 7 and get home after 6. It is so very hard getting through the day. On the weekend or days off I force myself to get out. I feel better when I am out running around, maybe because it is out of my mine, but still don't feel good. Anybody else feel this way?

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
