I successfully drove my son up to Phoenix this weekend for our annual end of year school trip to a water park. AND I stayed outside all day Sat and Sun, and then drove back home. WITH NO DIZZINESS!!! I didn't even feel "off". I've missed this trip the last four years because of the MD. The month of May is always hell for me because of the pollen. So being able to do this was phenomenal. I credit it to the acupuncture, taking 5mg of valium before going outside each day and once again later in the day, and the fact that I've learned to de-stress with meditation so I was able to really relax into the pure pleasure of just being outside. I took NO stress with me, even though my son's father and I have been in serious conflict via email for the last month. I am just so thrilled to have been able to do this. I could never have done it before the acupuncture. I know what works for one of us doesn't work for all of us, but I just had to share this! Hope everyone is having a vertical day!
