Hi All, It has been quite awhile since I have visited you all. I have had quite a year. I am now into my 4th year with the imbalance. I feel like I am on a ferry ride most of the time. I am not working and only driving very short distances for short periods at a time. I have been though breast cancer in the last 12 months and doing ok. My question is regarding the fatigue I have all the time. I look for days when my energy level will come back but it doesn't happen. I wonder why I feel so weak all the time? I have had lots of blood work done and so far it has been normal. Do you guys have any suggestions as to how to help with the low energy? I have gone gluten free on the suggestion of my doctor. I am vitamin B-12 because I was like u. It helps a great deal. I had trying taken Iron pills and that help me too.

Like Rose I take B vitamins also I take B-6 200 and something called Super B Complex. B vitamins do not stay in the body and are discarded in the urine. As matter of fact your urine will become bright yellow. If you look at the package you will notice the amount of the vitamin is like 2000 times above the required amount, you can not over dose on this because it dose not stay in the body.

It is great to see you back curlergirl!!! You have been through a lot! You should also get out and walk, this will help you bring back some of the stamina, watch what you eat, in terms of salt and sugar products, eat natural when and as often as you can. You are fighting both the MD and the Cancer/chemo. Do some happy things you like also, listen to music have someone take you for a drive, get into a hobby. You cant let depression win the day either.

Hi Curlergirl,
I got great relief from Vitamin D. My level was a little low but the rheumatologist gives me a script for megadoses I take once a week. It helped a lot with pain and made all my other conditions including the MD much better. I am sure some of your fatique is from the chemo and I have no idea what to suggest. i know a couple of people who did breast cancer treatment last year along with other conditions and you have my admiration. i heard no whining and you guys just handled it like champs. You have my respect and admiration.
