LOL!
Prednisone has different effects on different people. I eat. But I have friends who lose while on it. It does make you lose muscle but I gain it with fat. Guess you dont.
Look at what you are eating. If you are eating a reasonable amount you need to be checked for other disorders such as problems in the digestive system, diabetes, or thyroid disorders. If you arent eating, go to the Dr and try to figure out why you arent. Are you sick and have no appetite? The Dr can help you figure that out too and advise you on suppliments or diet changes that can help.
As I am so good at gaining weight, take my advice! LOL!
And good luck. This can be serious, call the Dr today.

Your weight loss sounds extreme enough to be a problem so please get it checked and let us know what the dr. says.
