Owwww I didnt realize Id lost muscle strength in my legs ,gotta get out and walk .Pedicure was torture ,but my feet feel awesome now !!

pedicures are heaven on earth, I haven't had one yet this summer except what I do on my own and it is not the same....lol

I love my pedicures have not did my own toes since my last child was born 5 years ago. It's the one thing I do to treat myself. However , I have found they can be alittle uncomfortable if my calfs are stiff etc. Sad part is I dont really have the ROM to do them myself now!! The massage chair is half the reason I do it LOL

O M Goodness you all talking about your feet......I know how you feel too!!! It's been maybe two years since I had anyone touch my feet like that love pedicures!!! love love.
I sure did miss it.
so after reading this post with others I went down and did it/ Boy only thing is I felt guilty!!!
But yessssssssssssss it felt so good. Especially when can't like I use to bend my legs up and touch my toes.....so it was wonderful
