I just found on a veteran health site that they say agent orange or a parent being exposed to agent orange can pass it down to there children. My father was in vietnam before he came home and sowed my seed. He was tested and did have health problems due to agent orange. There is a form for children to fill out if your parent was exposed. I will be filling it out. It also covers wolf parkison and white syndrome, its a heart defect i had as a child that is also caused by agent orange exposure and then hereditary. basically they send you a monthly check. I will update this post after I hear from my application.
On a family bike trip, we rode bicycles through that area the summer before I got MCTD. Somewhere around the middle of the trip, my Mother remembered that I became briefly and acutely sick and that she smelled pesticides, and always wondered whether my MCTD and her Parkinsons were related to that specific part of that trip.
