Bad things, Sitting to long, tight pants, tight stockings, knelling (like a lot of garden work) learning the symptoms. Like pulled muscle, stiffness, redness swelling, fever, i get tricked from time to time. Web Md and your doc has tons of info. Ask your doc to be more specific if he can on the whats wheres and whens, There are a lot of different types and things they do. Mine has been a problem for many years and after treatment started for MCTD it seemed to get worse. All good now with thinners and hope it stays that way!
