So, did they ultrasound your kidneys, because that pain sounds sike it is in the area of the kidneys! Maybe you have a stone or it is a kidney infection as well as a bladder infection. Most of the time I dont feel like my kidney is involved in the infection. But sometimes it is and then I get really sick and my blood pressure goes up. (The kidney has a lot of influence on the blood pressure and the other way around!) Hope this helps.
