MT, sorry you are having a rough time, my hip bothers me, too 140 is probably fine for heart rate, but you have more experience in this than me. Thank God my foot is a bit better, I could barely do the gazelle, and if I can't do that, it's hard to get any exercise at all.
Jacq, sorry you feel nauseous. Careful with that wine... I'm one to talk! if I have three beers, I really feel it the next day, even if I spread them out and have them with food. Two is right for my age, and that's what I should stick to. My friend's felony trial started yesterday, so Sunday night I actually got pretty hammered... but I got off pretty easy, just happened to be between flares, so I was lucky. I finished recording a track at my friend's house and I realized... whoa, I am not driving anywhere! Lay down on the couch and dozed till 1:00 AM. Got up and thought... nope, not yet! Slept hard until 4:30 AM, and I was fine-- drove home, drank tons of water and ate a lot of food, in bed by 5:30 and up at 9:30.
I got away with it, but I won't be trying that for another four or five years, which is how long it's been since that happened before!
I am really worrying about money and finances, and having trouble keeping up with studies, though I seem to be doing okay on tests. I have to manage the worry and stress better, got to find a way to do this.
Thanks, catch y'all later...
