Hope everyone is having a good day. Slept in this morning. It is pouring rain and I hurt all over. Feel better since I got up though.
We are going to a hockey game tonight. I think hockey is a lot of fun. It moves along! The kids dont like it as much as I do.

I went to a local lupus group this morniing. There was seven women there. We met in ahotel and had dinner. it was lovely. They all looked so healthy, and had some interesting stories to tell. They meet up every month and have took m telephone and email so we can sta in touch.
I also got an e-mail from a reflexologist wanting to swa treatments with me, so i'm looking forward to getting my feet pampered.
I'm not feeling great but at least m energy level is quite good at the moment.
