Well, my son started back at kindy today, nad OMG was he & I happy about it! He has been stuck home iwth me for the last 7 months as when we moved here there was no spot available in any around here.. so WOOHOO!
I then immediately went to the gym, that is 3 days straight for me, and I am feeling great! I still have pain in my thighs, but in general I am feeling really good spirit-wise, which is why I think I am smiling so much and dealing so well with any negative health issues that are happening. Only problems really bothering me right now is the headaches, sleep and odd joint pain....
Wishing you all wonderful Wednesday's! Hope you all find something to smile or laugh about :)
Melissa

Today is nice and sunny here in Seattle, so I guess I am inside for most of the day....I have been able to exercise with my recumbent bike for 3 days in a row now. I have also been trying the whole suck my navel to my backbone thing that was suggested. Unlike Cat, my navel is unfortunately a ways away..LOL. Anyway, here is wishing you all less pain today.
Oddman
Odd, that's sooo funny. My belly button is getting there!
Melissa, i'm with you. The more positive i'm feeling in my head, the better I feel physically. Smiling is good therapy;)
Mary Ann and dallas...I really hope you can get those buggy aches and pains under control! At least you're taking it in stride though:)
Tam, mm, hope you're doing well:)
On the news front...I got the job!! So, i'm looking for an appartment for Kevin...not too much to choose from here:(
Really gotta start packing! So, the race begins. I start the new job in Dayton on Oct. 1...orientation Sept. 29. I'm very excited and I really can't wait. I'm so ready to work in direct patient care again. I do here, to an extent, but not as much clinical as I like. I do love the doctor that I work for and I hate to leave him. But it's all for a good cause.
Feeling great physically, going to run tonight...burn off some of this anxious energy:)
Be well!!
