Lately you have been blessed by not having to read one of my long rants. Either my hand hurts too much to post much or the site deletes them. Either way, you probably come out on top. As for the deletions, I got the benefit of venting without looking too much like an idiot to my online friends.
Typing really hurts right now. I have to take blood pressures at work all day and that is painful too. Wish this would let up.
Anyway, my twins have a BD today- 17. Off school due to the election. Think I will take them somewhere.

Happy birthday to the twins Mary Ann! Feel free to vent to me personally if ya want... I wont judge your Messages! *hug* We all need to say what we feel occassionally. And I want to know you better so rant away chickee.
I have nothing to add here... everything I have to say is pretty self evident... economy sucks, MCTD sucks, my preteen girls are fabulous and frustrating, my husband is so very male, am a little confused at this new life path... c'est le vie.

MT -- always enjoy reading your posts....sorry you're not feeling completely up to it....hope it passes quickly. And really -- rant away....that is what we are here for. Love the good stuff, but we're here for the not so good, as well....feel free! Happy Birthday to your girls, hope you get to do something fun to celebrate a bit. 17? Does that mean they will be driving (or is driving age 16 there?) I'm sure that's a big step!

Things are pretty well here. I think I am still recovering from a busy halloween weekend! Kids have been up every night for one reason or another, and I need a good sleep! Caught myself a bit of a cold.... by the way, do you guys find yourself with more colds with this condition? Just curious...

Viv, glad to hear from you! And yeah, everything sucks... though I'm glad the market is doing a bit better the last few days.
Help, I actually get fewer colds in general, I think due to an overactive immune system. However, there have been a few years when I got slammed-- four mini flues in one fall/winter. 2006 was bad and 2007 a little better, 2008 I haven't been in an office much and I have had no colds.
