Family coming for Thanksgiving, how wonderful!
Hello to both of you and everyone else! I am still battling the original abcess I had a couple of months back. The doc is calling it a cyst now and I have to see an oral surgeon on Monday. I'm on antibiotics, but not sure they are working like they should. Had a slight fever off and on and my right ear is bothering me, same side as infection. This had better be cleared up in time for Thanksgiving, so I can eat! LOL!!! No pureed turkey for me! LOL!!
We are going to our daughter and son-in-law's for Thanksgiving. Sure seems strange to say that. They have only been married since June. I have always looked forward to going to our children's for a holiday. This will be our first.
Cat - if you read this, how are you feeling? How is your leg?
Has anyone heard from Josee? She has been on my mind lately.
I may get out today and do a tiny bit of shopping with my hubby. We have a lot of November birthdays in our family and I'm behind. Will probably go to the movies tonight. It's a bit expensive anymore, but we splurge since it is our date night, lol.
I hope everyone has a "pain free" day, as much as possible.
Hugs!
Sheri
Just thought I"d check in before hitting the couch!!
MT -- murder mystery party sounds fun!! I would love to know more about it sometime.....was it a game for the kids? A mystery for them to figure out? I love that! I'd love to know how you did it..... hope it was a success.
Kristin - glad you are getting to see your family. I'm sure there's lots to do for the holiday...and with family flying in.....hope it all goes smoothly.
PB -- hope the tooth feels better soon. Yes - no pureed turkey!!! Sounds like a special year with it being the first at your daughter's....
Cat -- that is one talented dog you have!! he's typing??!! :) I'll have to work on that with my Freddie - and then maybe I can get him to load the dishwasher as well :)! That would be really helpful!
Hope everyone had a good day. Tired here today - busy week and busy day yesterday and today I was recovering. Nice to be able to, though...even got a nap in today......
Hope everyone has a good night with good sleep.
Take good care --
Marianne
