Good Morning, everyone.. Another beautiful day here,going to be 85* sunny,maybe some rain later this afternoon.
Well, i went to wal-mart(yesterday) to buy a new pair of shoe/sandles,One hour of shopping and when i got home i had to go to bed,and my daughter was so mad at me and called me lazy....grrrrrrrr.It's very upsetting, i thought she understood this chronic Fatigue!!
The walking,decision making and the fluorescent lighting, drains me of all engery.Sorry for venting on here.Just wondering if anyone can relate? OH,well,i guees it does'nt matter,this is another day,i'am having my normal aches and pains.I like the phrase that is use on here,
""I feel like crap"", i usually say my 'rotten self'.I can never say i feel good or great.Can you? and really mean it?

MORNIN all Y'all........got a goot night sleep last night but i still need more rest......a day of lounging about would be goot fer us all.........HEY Lisa.....those flouresecent lighting systems drain me too....not sure why but they cause severe headaches & I get VERY MOODY.....then my tourettes kicks in.....LOL.....gotta leave the mall real quick then!!!! I hope that your daughter will try to be more understanding of this illness.....ask her to read some of these posts.....ask her to chat with all of us lupus/MCTD folk.....we'll enlighten her if it would help ya any........NOPE I cannot say that I have felt goot or great in over five years now.....still hoping that one day I will wake up from this horrible illness...... there is HOPE.....right??????????????????????????????????????

Hello everyone! I am late today!!!!Got groceries and someone gave me a ride uptown to do a few things, Very hot and humid today. Pain back to tolerable which I am very happy about. No I haven't been able to say I have had a good day in a long long time.Some times I feel like just saying excellant anyway. lol. MT good on the pedometer reading!Laughter is good medicine isn't it? Hope you get some rain soon. (just enough though) Yep Brandongirl keep up the hope! Can't handle the flourescant lights either. In and out as fast as I can. Shucks not a big deal usually don't have the money anyway. lol Did you send this humid weather this way? lol Lisa I hope your daughter doesn't have it ! Tourettes to brandon girl. Never thought why I got so exausted shopping, Maybe it is the lights. But I work under flouresents and dont feel the same. I get tired there, but the hours on my feet are substantially more.
Tuesday, I cut on a shrub for a half hour, came in and slept for an hour. Went back out and cut for a half hour, came in and slept for a Half hour. Some days are like that. Never get much done anymore.
Helped at the Clothing Closet for 3 hours today. No air conditioning. Cat can relate to that! Anyway, got sick, almost passed out and got a woppin headache. Came home and slept for an hour. Feel better but tired. I want my life back!!!!!

hi all.new to roll call but thought id join in.weather in uk, dreadful..severe weather warnings, its rain and more rain here.im not feeling too good today..really bad headache,joint pains and fatique so rested most of the day.im the same never get to feel normal! if u can understand that, theres always one symptom or another dragging me down.somedays better than others though.take care all.andrea xx

Hey, folks... just a quick shout... very headachy today... moving very slow. My own fault-- I stayed up too late last night, and probably had one beer more than I should have with a friend, I am usually more careful, but I was very frustrated about the slow pace of the contracting work, and was blowing off steam. Also, I am sure all the construction dust, wildfire smoke, and smog in the air does not help.

Fluorescent lights-- the conventional kind-- are bad, yes. The "daylight color temperature" kind are better.

Wow... I am totally energy-free today. Extremely foggy thinking... I would not get behind the wheel of a motor vehicle today, no way. I am lying down with the dog RIGHT NOW for a nap. I did manage to get some stuff done today, but basically, this day is gonna be kind of a do-over.

I will respond more cogently-- hopefully-- to everyone tomorrow!

Good evening! Feeling pretty lousy today. I think I may have caught a stomach bug that my hubby has been fighting. I have slept 12 hours the last couple of nights and had to drag myself out of bed. Stomach has been hurting/queasy, not much appetite. A bit dizzy yesterday too. Hubby had vertigo really bad for a couple of days and queasy. I gave in today and took 1/2 pill of phenergan. Seems to help a bit.
It is very smokey here still. I was supposed to go to rheumy appt, but due to not feeling well and smoke (I have asthma) I rescheduled. They are telling people to stay inside, air is very unhealthy.
So, I'm taking it easy and staying inside, lol!
