No racoon yet. Hope all have a great day.
me too - trying to get some exercise in every day -- whatever I can do - it definitely helps me. Got a new dog this week!!! I think that might help! We're enjoying evening walks with him. -- a cute 10lb bich/poo got from a shelter -- he's such a sweetie and the kids are loving him -- just the right size for them!
Hope everyone has a good day today!
Help01, I was taken off Plaquenil and was put on Sulfasalzine. Not liking it too much, but better than nothing.
went to the doctors yesterday and was not given Humira, he was worried about the cut on my finger, might be infected...oh well, what's another week.
there is a hot air balloon event happening this weekend. My husband has always wanted to go up on one ( I am deathly afraid of heights) so weather permitting, we will go and see.
Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
Help01, good news about the exercise, and great news about the dog! Z is a bichon mix as well (mostly Bichon, I think) and is the perfect therapy dog, follows me around everywhere. They are a great breed... I call him a Tenerife, it's a bit more macho, the original breed name. For all their fluffiness, they are actually pretty tough, they survived the French revolution, sailed throughout the Mediterranean, excellent watchdogs, terrible guard dogs.
Kristin, I'm sure you'll be totally safe in that balloon, I think the sport has an excellent safety record, you'll have a great time.
Oddman, that's great news on the bike!
Josee, hope that nausea's still holding off...
Chloe, pondering your question about university, I have only a few general thoughts on strategy. I am used to dealing with employment issues in the US. We have the Americans with Disabilities Act which is pretty powerful, you may have something like it in the UK... Jacq, if you're online, maybe you have some ideas...
A much better day yesterday, far more energy, unbelievable contrast to Wednesday. We'll see what today brings...

Good morning Everyone!
I slept like a log last night...not sure if it was sleep or a coma but I sure feel rested this morning...nice!!
We are not making any plans for the weekend because the weather forecast predicts rain, rain and more rain. Where is our summer? Based on your posts, it seems that the weather has been weird everywhere.
I just read a message from Doug. DS has reached 300,000 members...quite an accomplishment! Also, there is a new initiative to name Community Leaders. These are members who have been particularly helpful and supportive. I know what you are all thinking...I agree! Matt, I would like to submit your name. You always take the time to respond in an informative, humourous, positive and helpful way. Would you allow me to submit your name to the DS team?
Hope everyone has a terrific day and an even better weekend!
Hugs
Jose
