Hey M...you are still having trouble with your neck and shoulders...there must be something you can do to alleviate that...do you have any muscle relaxants? I take robaxicet for mine...but it doesnt always work...I have to use a magic heating bag and take warm baths in sea salt and epsome salts and then wrap up in a warm shawl and scarves...even in the house!!! I hope that you get some relief soon!!!!!!
