Feeling great. Only did about 40 minutes on the ellip last night. I was just pooped! Got a good workout in thought. That's what I get for being addicted to exercise...I guess it's better than some of the other things I could be addicted to:)
I have a sleep study tonight...*insert pouty face*. Not until around 8:30. Hubby thinks it's hysterical...yeah...real funny:(
Anyway...having a good day so far. Hope you guys have a relatively pain free day:) I'm always sending best wishes your way!!
Nikkie
Hugs to everyone. Sending wishes to all for a good day --

Anyway, have a good day. Hope you are feeling good today.
Dallas, interesting about the low temps, I was rounding mind up a bit, mine is actually 96.8. I have asked about this and been told it has no significance-- but this is exactly the kind of thing I'd like to document and study a bit further. The most widest range possible for normal body temperature I've seen is 97 to 100, so I doubt our low temperatures are unimportant. (It's always made me feel like I'm clincally dead.)
Chloe, sorry there is no improvement. Is there any cycle to the flares at all? Does it go back and forth between better and worse? That's what I looked for, and I'd try to play the cycles... I got to a point where it was like, "Well, if I'm feeling lousy today and it's Wednesday, I know by a week from Friday I will probably be at least somewhat better, maybe I can buy those concert tickets." Then you try to push the remissions longer...
Trying not to spend too much time online today... Wrk and Odd, I do know sleep studies have helped a lot of people, even though people do make fun of them. (Z is reading over my shoulder and wants to start a sleep study right now, like, he'll sleep lying on my head for the rest of the afternoon. I have explained this is not very scientific!) Yes, I am on the upswing... I feel almost as achy when I first wake up, but it goes away more quickly, I'm up at 7:30 or 8:00 and by 10:00 I'm much better.
Best to all...

i have been quietly sitting on the sidelines lately. i would have been very happy living under a rock, but then i think about it and realize then it would be damp and then i would feel lousy there too.lol.
i just had my third pt session today. my pain level was VERY low when i started and then, BAM, shot right up. i had tears rolling down my face. great, what else can happen.
came home to find out that my Disability claim is approved! YEAH.
then, my son found out two of his friends were in a very serious car accident.
I am not sure which emotion i will entertain this afternoon, but the swelling in my feet, the pain in my knees, and my back throbbing are arguing to see which one will win.
any way on to you guys, Chloe sorry for all that you are going through. Hope they find the right combo of meds for you and soon.
I would like to type more but nope not gonna happen today, maybe tomorrow.
