I just use lots of gloves and socks. Sometimes I wear gloves in the house and when I go to sleep.

They give you Procardia but I was allergic to it. I know there are a few other meds but they are expensive. I personally wear gloves carry hand warmers if I have to be outside for kids sporting events and take lots of baths in the winter since my toes are affected too I like to get the blood flowing back to them regularly. Hi, I take adalat for my raynauds. I also used to wear gloves and hot packs in the house and at work. There has been studies done that tell us that it is better to allow our body to send blood flow to the fingers on its own. I started exposing my hands to cold for short periods of time and then run warm water of them until the blood came back. I no longer wear gloves in the house and this year I stopped taking adalat in the summer. I will resume taking the medication if my hands begin to turn white again. Hopefully this helps. Terry

I will begin keeping gloves handy & find some hand warmers too. I saw the rheumatology nurse practitioner the other day & she told me to start taking one baby aspirin on a daily basis in regards to the (Raynaud's) situation with my fingers & toes turning white, getting numb.
