Hi to all !
I joined DS a few months ago and joined the MCTD group a week or so ago.I don't have a DX on MCTD but it sure does fit what I've been going through for the last three years .. & someone mentioned it to me ..
This is an Odd question and don't know what group to post it to.
MCTD seems to me the best spot to ask this .... or maybe someone can direct me where I can post it to get ANY feedback on this ..
I get these lines visable to the eye,that come and go,they don't hurt .
For the last 3 years I've been getting them,I noticed them just above my wrist on my left arm only.Looks like wrinkles like I sleep on my arm,however the lines are deep even if I try to pull my skin in the opposite
direction you can still see the depth in the lines.
They only last for a short while, minutes to maybe 1 hour.
They can come and go through out the day.
Sometimes I'll go days or weeks without them,maybe even a month or so but they keep coming back ...
A few months ago I noticed them around my wrist and then around my knees. Again they don't hurt there just there. something I've asked my Docs. about with no answers yet .
SO I WAS Wondering if any of you expirence any thing like this to shed some light for me. I was told that RA could have changes with skin But have had a clean RA BW untill a month ago but it was only slightly elevated...
SO if any one has or knows anyone that has talked about this I would love to hear from you ! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU in ADVANCE !!

I was starting to thing I was on my own ....
My doctor has not done this test. I just looked it up and found 3 or 4 they could run on me for MCTD and will be bringing it to her Attention!!
Thats the least of my problems was just curious about it , My muscles and the weakness along with the pain and now swelling in my feet . The muscle thing has been my biggest problem and for a while now , with no answers ! SO I'm alittle strecthed on patients !

I do read through alot of post just trying to find anything that makes sence...
