Nice to meet you! It is very helpful and supportive to find others like ourselves! Nice to know that we are not the only ones sometimes. Good luck to you also, I hope you find something that helps you make it through.
Glad you are here-- and interesting, Nicole, that CBD is doing you some good, as I recently found the same thing. I'm in my first real remission in years thanks to CBD, I think.... I agree with so much of what you said-- drink only water, yeah, when I quit alcohol, I felt distinctly better, after I stopped smoking weed, I was better for six months and started getting WORSE. Now I've got 2 1/2 years sober from smoking week and booze, but with CBD I'm practically normal except for the swallowing and the headaches.
I also think B12 helps, but it gives me tachycardia. Physical activity helps me a lot-- IF I can get to the point when I'm able to exercise. Early last summer was bad, but the fall and winter have been way better!
Okay, gotta crash, late here. Anyway, welcome!
Let us know how you are doing and what's working and what isn't. Welcome!
