Sad, that you also suffer from the same unpredictable disease like the rest of us here, but you have certainly come to the right place to exchange experiences and to to find better ways forwards !
Here we have the opportunity to share our experiences about this rare disease and we can find out much about helpful tricks, how to keep the flare-ups as much in check as possible...
