Muscle twitching

ive been experiencing terrible joint and foot pain lately along with mild cramping, but has anyone else experienced muscle twitching? I’ve had it body wide for 4 months, but it’s more so on my left side. I haven’t seen anything to suggest it’s related to MCTD.

Yes I have had an occasional muscle twitch and also have excruciating foot pain . Sometimes it feels like my foot is broken. every new issue always starts on my left side. I believe there just isn't enough medical documentation on this disease. My awareness of being ill began with numbness and tingling on my left side . I woke up numb one morning and it just didn't go away. Tell your doctor you're not the only one and I'll tell mine. Good luck to you.

Hey I too get muscle twitches and even hard jerks in my arm and sometimes legs. I also get bad cramps in my feet. My Neuro doc didnt know if it was related to mctd or not and I don't see my Rheumy for a follow up till another month. But to comment on your left side being affected all my symptoms always begin on my right side. My first symptom I really paid attention to was a feeling like I was being electrocuted on my right cheek right arm and down right leg. They actually first thought I had MS before they ran my labs. I hope you begin to start feeling a little better. Good luck
