Presently in the dimly lit basement with my 7 year old who has an eye headache. He has something called convergence insufficiency, where the eye muscles work really hard to work together. Different from lazy eyeye .... I had that and had surgery as an adult for it.
Looking forward to warmer temps and spring break. We'll take a mini vacation to Wisconsin Dells. My husband is saying he's going to bring me a scooter, those resorts are huge and tons of walking. But Im 38 and I don't want to use a scooter!! The alternative is to walk the resort and end up nauseous, in pain, and GI problems.
Or I could just lounge in the condo and eat chocolate bon bons! Saw that a nearby spa there has a chocolate massage treatment. Can you imagine?? -Tricia
A little bit of hope from alcohol reduction; sleep and mood are a bit better. I didn't think I was drinking enough to cause problems, but I may have really got that wrong. Thinking about stopping.
Leg is pretty bad, headaches and dry eyes are bad, but the emotional strain of dealing with such severe dementia for nearly 15 years is what's really taking a toll. Disruptions in my social network.
