Well, got a rash. I was working in the yard the other day and now have a rash on my back. So I went to the Dr. and he and his partner say it is a classic Bulls eye Lymes Disease Rash. So now I take antibiotics for 21 days. My spouse is very upset. "Why do you get everything?" Well, it is just another pill! What is the big deal? I take the drugs and get better! I dont even feel bad! All the crap I take for my other diseases doesnt make me better. It just helps me feel better, but I still have MCTD and Macular Degeneration. I can get rid of the Lymes. Sigh. Relationships are so hard sometimes. Anyone out there ever have Lymes?

How are you feeling? Is the rash getting better? I hope so!! I don't know much about Lymes. Although my sister-in-law's sister has it -- and must have had it for a long time before they realized it. She started having some severe symptoms & was in the hospital for almost a month while they were figuring out what was wrong. I think it's really important that you catch it early -- so glad you did. Hope you are feeling good. Take good care!!
PS -- how is your daughter? When is she having that procedure?

Well, the rash is almost gone, but the meds are making me sick. Threw up just one day but having waves of nausea throughout the day, and I have 2 weeks left. Also, now am itching "down there" and my mouth is getting sores. Guess I will get more yougert and some meds too. Am not as tired though but still achy. It is hard to tell if it is caused by the Lymes or all the rain!
My daughters surgery is on wed. Yes, we are getting nervous! A friend had a cardiac abblation day before yesterday which did not go well, so that is not helping. And yesterday, my daughters prospective father in law went to Vanderbilt for a liver transplant. Her fiancee is there too and probably will be there for 2 months except for the wedding.
There is too much going on.
I think the lymes is the least of my worries but the nausea is not fun! Thanks for asking. Maybe you got more than you wanted!

wow -- you do have alot going on. Hang in there.... I will say a prayer for you & your daughter and will be thinking of you on Wednesday.
Hope those really annoying symptoms pass quickly!!! Ugh! :)

It is killing me trying to have food on my stomach and having to "stage" my meds. But just a short time to go. Another week, I think. The horrible fatigue I had is some better and most of the rash is gone.
Another disease beaten into submission!
