It could be carpal tunnel. Sometimes upping your B vitamins can help.

Numbness and tingling come and go for me. No idea what it's related to.

It is harder to hold a guitar pick these days. If it's constant, yeah, that would concern me. Hard to know if it's MCTC, though. Could be anything.

Sorry for my delayed response. Grand jury duty has thrown me for a loop. You are right, Cat; it could be anything. I have also been experiencing bad leg pain all over and abdominal pain - like I am sore from a major workout. This can't be the case because I stopped working out (I will get back to it! I used to be avid about it.). I am chalking the body pain to sitting in a court room all day hearing case after case after case and determining whether to indict someone.

Hi there, I have 'the tingles' in my hands and feet. My toes are busy numb. It started about 5 years ago...the loss of feeling, but the pins and needles started this year and the numbness has drastically deteriorated. I went for an EMG and several other tests.....got the outcome last week.....my immune system is attacking my nerves and because your hands and feet are the furtherest limbs, they are easiest. The strength in my hands have deteriorated and I tend to stumble quite a lot now and again.

My neurologist said that all we can do about this problem is treat the MCTD the best we can. Suppressants, anti-inflamatory, cortizine, etc.
