It is harder to hold a guitar pick these days. If it's constant, yeah, that would concern me. Hard to know if it's MCTC, though. Could be anything.

My neurologist said that all we can do about this problem is treat the MCTD the best we can. Suppressants, anti-inflamatory, cortizine, etc.
