I know it is longer than you expected but the last time I flew away for a trip, no time change, the return flight wiped me out for a few days. It must be the altitude plus what my kinesiologist referred to as grief. Flew to WA state to see Mom, Sis and fam, and Dad. Excited to go see all. Especially Mom, hadn't seen her in about 5 years. Bawled like a baby as I drove back to airport.

So, in essence, flight out was good emotion so it just tired me out some. Bad or Sad emotion on way back wiped my slate clean. Just take good care of yourself.

You were building up for this trip for quite sometime, then emotional time both good emotions, excitement about seeing son and puppy then apprehension about the talk, now a bit of physical adjustment on top of saying goodbye, we often carry a lot of emotions in our body at the best of times, moreso well not very well. Sleep work is great and restorative but body has quite some adjustments to make and your mother.....when is that? Rdg told me I should slow down, a tad manic I think.....me that is. We take longer to recover. Are you listening to music still? Stretch. Breathe and I shall try to heed own advice too.

LOL Tracey, if only we would all listen to our own advice, I think it might just be jetlag.....trying to get back to my own timezone. I hope this week will be better, I will try to get to yoga this week and see if that helps.

I just got back from a trip also, and even though the time change was only 3 hours, I'm still jet lagged 4 days later. You may have a slight bug of some kind; planes are full of germs. I know we are all different, but when I get a flare I get very ill, and know exactly what it is. Maybe you are on the borderline; keep getting lots of rest and exercise and watch what you eat; and let's hope it resolves itself soon.
