Sorry your not feeling very good and having a lot of pain. Humira is used to treat RA and JRA. I do not know much about it and have not taken it myself. But I'm extremely hypersensitive to meds and cannot tolerate much. Humira seems to be implicated for increasing risks of Tuberculosis and recommendations are made to have everyone evaluated for TB before trying HUMIRA.
My suggestion is to have a looonnnngggg talk with your rheumy about the side effects and other options.
I hope you can get a hold of your pain instead of vice versa...I have mild DD and it hurts sometimes. Have a friend with OA and DD too. She's walks as much as she can to deal with pain. She also enjoys two little dogs too. It helps alot. When I have a lot of pain I spoil myself with hot showers, resting, and eating some of my favorite snacks.
Feel better and spoil yourself today!
