Prednisone
When we meet you were so kind to take away some pain of mine
working great for a period of time
Then I found your true intent
you were homeless with no money for rent
and in trade for taking away my inflammation
you took up residence in a new location
My hips my butt my legs my neck and face
everywhere I look your taking up space
My doc says this drug is temporary
He will find another that's not so scary
and when that day comes with much conviction
I've done the paperwork for your eviction
Good luck, I have trouble with exercise also.
but its not always going to be this way. they may lower your dose
or take it away if they find something else suitable for you.
I know what you mean and your not alone.
Mainly because I am not active anymore .
If your heart is healthy you could ask about phentrrmine
It's a appetite suppressant my Dr won't let me take it because I'm having so many chest pain issues. But like I said only if your heart healthy
I would suggest that you move as much as possible, even if it just around the house.....and be very aware of portion size.....this was my downfall.....I was eating very healthy, but I didn't realize how much my portions had increased......try using smaller plates.
once you start feeling better you will be able to move more and weaning down should help too, when your ready.
good luck
