This stinks! Prevacid helps me with nausea. I take 30 mg up to twice a day. I don't usually need the second one but I have recently notice if I change my 'normal' eating patterns it triggers nausea. It would be nice if THAT was your trigger too. For example, more wheat products, or corn ( actually allergic to corn) , skipping breakfast ect.... So, I try to eat at the same time and not overdo on whatever food item.
I think with all the meds we're on we forget how harsh they are until we react to something new. I take Aleve for general pain and use heat and ice. Another thing to insider is your bed. It may be time for new mattresses.
As far as the dr. goes call back the office and speak with the nurse or ask to see an associate. It sounds like you're in a flair if everything is hurting.
Praying for you!

I already take Prevacid 30 mg 2 times a day and Carafate at night. I think I will keep a food diary and try to see if there is a connection with my food too. I have Lactose intolerance, but can eat a small amount of dairy. That may have changed. Also, My bed is on blocks to keep my head up at night.
Thanks for the Chiropractor info.
If you think of anything else, let me know. She seems to think the nausea is a result of stress and just wants me to get that under control. Right! Life, life, life......
