I am happy to be back in the office. I think the Plaquenil might be starting to work. I am down to 10 mg of Prednisone a day which is quite an accomplishment. I'm all drugged up on pain killers, but hey....I am at work. That is something I wasn't sure if i would ever be able to say again. My hair is falling out, I have a moon face and a pot belly from being on steroids and I have to wear sunglasses because the office lights bother me. Needless to say I'm not a real beauty but fortunately good looks aren't a requirement of my job. :)

Our office moved into a new building so am not having those issues .
When I was at the old office we took the light bulbs out that we're directly above me , or another suggestion put a screen I over them.
We have those to . They have different scenes like the beach, aquarium , clouds , etc...
Happy to hear you are back to work. :-) Keep it up. Not working is a bore if you are awake long enough.
